Possible Solutions:

Workaround:

turn off TLS 1.0 and enable SSL2 for using the following procedure: 1. Open the Advanced Internet Options from the Tools menu 2. Scroll down to the Security Section and disable TLS 1.0

Workaround:

Uncheck the TLS option under Tools | Options | Advanced | Encryption Tab.
